障害・性・世代・言語・国籍などのあらゆる多様性があふれ、皆が支え合う社会を目指し、ともに力を合わせてつくる芸術祭。1年間を通して多彩なパフォーミングアーツの演目を展開します。アートを通して色々な個性が出会う場に、参加することでより多くの気づきが生まれます。「True Colors Festival」はダイバーシティ&インクルージョンの実現に向けて、新しい価値観が生まれる機会を創出します。
True Colors Festival is created by people who aspire for a society where everyone supports each other regardless of their differences in abilities, gender, age, and nationalities. Various performing arts programs will be presented throughout the year bringing together diverse groups of people through collaboration and participation, stimulating awareness on many levels. True Colors Festival is a festival that aspires for a society that supports and accepts all differences between disabilities, gender, age, and nationalities.

DANCE イルアビリティーズILL-Abilities
多国籍の障害者によるブレイクダンスグループが日本人ダンサーとダンスバトルを繰り広げる。
A multinational dance group consisting of dancers with disabilities will faceoff with a Japanese dancer in a dance battle.
ILL-Abilitiesが自分たちの身体を活かしたパフォーマンス性の高いダンスを披露する。また日本人のダンサーとの”dance-off”（ダンス対決）を即興で行うことにより、ダンサー一人ひとりの技術の高さを際立たせ、舞台芸術を通して障害、国籍の壁を越えていく姿を広く発信する。
